Upper Mustang known as a geologically and culturally part of Tibetan plateau valley are avid dry and colorful rock, for mention containing many cave dwellings hugs up in the cliffs.
Mustang is a remote semi- independent Tibetan kingdom with a walled capital called Lo Manthang the founder was Ame pal in 1380.The first trekking parties were allowed upper mustang in 1992.
The Mustang trek is not particularly difficult the highest point reached being

 only 4,218 m.Mustang is always windy and dusty through the year.

    Itinerary Overview

  • Day 01: Meet and greet at airport, transfer to hotel.

    Day 02: Get permits, trip preparation or visit ancient old temples in Kathmandu.

    Day 03: Fly or drive to Pokhara. Pokhara sightseeing if you take flight

    Day 04: Fly to Jomsom (8921ft. 2720m) and trek to Kagbeni (9216ft. 2810m).

    Day 05: Trek to Chele (10004ft. 3050m) via Tangbe/Chhusang for lunch.

    Day 06: Trek to Gilling (11709ft. 3570m). Explore monasteries and village.

    Day 07: Trek to Ghami (3,460m/11,352ft). Explore monasteries and village.

    Day 08: Trek to Charanag (11677ft. 3560m). Explore monasteries and village.

    Day 09: Trek to Lo Manthang (12,238ft. 3,730m). Visit monasteries, king´s palace and museum.

    Day 10: Excursion Choser village, back to Lo Manthang after vising monasteries and caves.

    Day 11: Trek to Ghargompa, Visit the monastery.

    Day 12: Trek to Chele (10004ft. 3050m)

    Day 13: Trek to Kagbeni (9216ft. 2810m).

    Day 14: Trek to Jomsom

    Day 15: Fly back to Pokhara and sightseeing around Lakeside.

    Day 16: Drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus at 7:30am and transfer to hotel.
