Ganesh Himal Trekking

Ganesh Himal Trekking being close to Kathmandu valley towards northern central Nepal in between popular Langtang and Manaslu trekking region, comparatively few tourists visit this region and has been kept secret and unspoiled. Ganesh Himal Trekking is a remote camping trekking that provides heavenly experience to discover topographical as well as cultural diversity. From spectacular panoramic Himalayan views to insights into Tamang and Tibetan influenced cultures and tradition, Ganesh Himal Trekking has it all.

Ganesh Himal Trekking begins after your arrival and completion of guided sightseeing around UNESCO world heritage sites in Kathmandu valley. Initially we drive to Betrawati and start our trekking activity towards Chapdanda. We can view our first glimpse of Ganesh Himal as we trek further towards Bhalche, Gonga and Rupchet. Acclimatization is important in this trip as, we always look to avoid altitude sickness while enjoying every moment of the trip.  Next day we cross the high pass of Shing la pass residing at an altitude of 4750 meters above sea level that offers amazing views of Ganesh Himal range including Langtang and Annapurna too. Further we trek through beautiful villages of Tipling, Sertung, Sapchet, Darkha, Lapang and Khahare before we drive to Kathmandu from Arughat.

Ganesh Himal Trekking is best experienced during the peak seasons of autumn and spring as during this time weather is perfect and you can view the best of unobstructive Himalayas. Being physically fit is important as it involves crossing high pass and some challenging adventures. Join Ganesh Himal Trekking with Buddha Eye Treks for booking and further information.
